I was hoping there might be a reply to this question because we are interested in this area for part of the winter as well. It seems snowbirds aren't real anxious to give up too much info on their roosts, maybe for fear the area will become too popular.

I would suggest you check it out in person before making any big deposits. This will be our third winter in the area and we have checked out many cg's but not them due to the negative comments from everyone we have asked.
We have been very happy with http://www.ocalaranchrv.com/index.html good luck and keep us posted on what you decide.

Thanks for your comments. Daughter and son live close by and have also received mixed reviews. Sandy (wife) likes BP because it is a 55+ and has activities she likes. We have selected it and placed a deposit based on, the park will be completing its major upgrade by the end of January, Safety, Dog (pet) friendly, location to many attractions and many internal park activities including water excersises each day. Price packages are most reasonable---that is for FL. Will keep you posted.

Went to the BP a couple of years ago. Outside of it being an older park, I thought it was OK. Have a friend who's a snowbird there and he really likes it.
The only part I didn't like is that the area around the Villages is extremely busy. Even saw my first golf cart car accident there. Lady in the cart was in a hurry to leave a parking lot and ran into the side of a car. Just not for me.
