Are the bugs bad or a problem in Yellowstone?

I believe every place has bugs at certain times of the year. There are mosquitoes in Yellowstone but mainly spring/early summer. Be aware of all the 'bigger' things there!

When warm and wet - YUP -

Pretty sure things would be fine Now - as we talked with an RV’er who just left the 16 degree temps last week.

Most of those little bugs don’t do well in the cold.

BUT - if you get a little warmth the skertter’s could pop back out

Enjoy Yellowstone and the Tetons when ever you go,
