Campground at Barnes Crossing, Tupelo MS

Just sharing this little jewel of a campground. It's small but very well maintained and quiet. We only stopped here for a night, but will return. It's easy access from Natchez Trace.

The sites are fairly close, but terraced with LOTS of trees and landscaping...so each site is actually pretty private. Sites are gravel but very level. Picnic tables, great cable and Wi-Fi. Trash receptacles at every site. We did not use the shower nor laundry. Two dog runs and lots of great landscaping.

We enjoyed it but were only there overnight. It is very convenient to a big mall, lots of restaurants and Walmart. (All the important stuff.)

We were there for a couple of nights back in April on our trek north and I will second what Sarah says. The CG is very well maintained, nicely landscaped, paved roads and level terraced sites. Both cable and WiFi worked very well. You are minutes from most anything you want to see or do there.
