Petefl... Are you going to Framingham or just passing through? Based on your location (Maine & S0. Florida), if your just passing through, Minuteman Campground in Littleton would be less out of your way than Normandy Farms.

I am the other half of Petefl.
Thanks for the info about Minuteman Campground. We are here for a few weeks and the campground is very nice.
We need a few more weeks here and it looks like they close on Oct. 15. We will look into Normandy farms. They are open all year.
Someone recommended Circle G.C.Farms but it looks too far from Boston.
Having some tune up work done at Mass. General and need to be as close to the hospital because of the traffic.
Thanks

You mentioned the Boston traffic, been there done that having lived in Littleton nad Acton, MA bfore retiring. Check with the CG folks as how to hook up with the "T" which is less than 5 miles from where you are. You can take it into Cambridge and connect with the Red Line which should take you to the front door of Mass. General. The public trans. cost is zilch when compared to fuel, parking and wear and tear on the body when driving in Boston. I would also explain your situation to the CG owners and they may be willing to let you stay a few days beyond Oct. 15. Good luck and I hope your MG tune-up works out ok, Ken,,,,

We are thinking about moving to Normandy Farms in Foxboro. Looks like there are hot tubs, sauna's, gym, and heated pool. Sounds like a spa to me. Would be good on the body to have all that available while waiting in between visits to Mass. Gen.
Anyone been to Normandy? Anything we have read about Normandy has been positive. More money but you only have one life to live, so live it right.
Also, it is open year round.
