We are thinking of going south sometime in Jan and staying a month or two. Would like to stay in Cg near Gulf of Mexico Beaches. Does anyone know of any that are reasonable? Am a mamber of Passport America too.

We've stayed in Gulf Shores, AL at Luxury RV Resort. They are about $27.00 per night. Short walk to beach. We liked it and think you would also.

Also check out Gulf State Park Campground in Gulf Shores. DW and I were there for two weeks earlier this month and enjoyed the area. They have an advertised monthly rate of $330.00(plus tax) until March 31. You can get more details at the Ala state park web site.
We hope to go back next Feb for a long stay.

Island Retreat RV park on the Ft Morgan road is a nice place also.
We stay at Luxury RV each year for the Shrimp fest, can walk to the beach, and leave the car
at the campground.
