We stayed here at Douglas Dam Headwater TVA in April and liked it very much. A little off the beaten path in Sevierville but that’s fine with us. Still close enough to attractions.

Up The Creek is a wonderful Campground! Very centralized to all Pigeon Forge attractions, spacious campsites and quiet.

upthe creek
no amenities but big, good sites and away from the hustle of PF.. The kids love playing in the creeks as many of them have never done that before. like being out in the country.

Check out the KOA in Pigeon Forge. 2 blocks off the main drag, close to everything and priced like other KOAs.

We stayed at Anchor down last year. Although the resort itself was amazing, it was just to far from things in Pigeon Forge. We toured River Plantation while we where there and i think next time that is where we will go. It's just a location thing.

We got to Pine Mountain yesterday and most of everything is great. The only negative is the grass needs to be cut. In most cases the grass is taller than our Yorkie. The concrete pad is plenty big enough, the hookups are setup close by and we have a flowing creek right behind us. Our Yorkie cannot figure out what the donkey's are on the other side of the creek. We even had a visit from a few ducks. If not for the grass it would be perfect.

We stay at Twin Creeks on 321 just east of Gatlinburgh. Nice place. Shuttle service at entrance. Market just across street. Fairly quiet.

We stayed at Up The Creek last week. At first I wasn’t impressed by the ok space between sites, but then we drove into downtown Pigeon Forge. The campgrounds in the downtown area looked more like parking lots with RVs nearly on top of one another.
Up The Creek is a well kept campground and nicely landscaped. The cost seemed high, especially when you’re being charged a few extra dollars a night because the site has a stone fire pit and another few dollars a night because we had a third person with us.
I probably won’t make it back to Pigeon Forge again (too busy for me), but if I did, I’d probably stay a little further away at a even more spacious place.

The Dell is very nice and the River Plantation is certainly convenient, but we like a river front site at Two Rivers.
