Gulpha Gorge campground at Hot Springs National Park. Each site has full hookups. Nice campground. First come first serve, all paved surfaces. Well patrolled by Park Ranger Law Enforcement, and campground hosts there 24/7. Might be packed for spring break week.
Tom Sawyer RV Park on the west side of the river from Memphis is nice if not closed for flooding ... rates $35-40 I think.

Arkansas is AR. I am unfamiliar with Hot Springs, Alaska
The above suggestions are good ones though. Gulpha Gulch is a great park and close to town.

Graceland campground was nice. Has full hookups, was not far from Behle street and downtown.

We travel through Memphis often and stay at T.O. Fuller St park. Nothing fancy but works for us. You have to go through the refinery area to get there but never had a problem with traffic or trouble. https://tnstateparks.com/parks/t-o-fuller

For the Memphis area, check out Hernando Point Core of Engineer Campground. It has W/E and is on a lake about 45 minutes south of Memphis in Northern Mississippi.
Near Hot Springs, our choice is Lake Ouachita State Park. One loop has full hookups and it is beautiful.

Were been through that area several times this past year and stay at the KOA in Marion, AK. It’s listed as the Memphis KOA.
Nice park!

Tom Sawyer in West Memphis, AR is great! Right on the Mississippi with tugs and barges going by all the time. Check out the reviews.

If you plan on staying at Tom Sawyer make sure they are open. They are having flooding in the area along the river. http://tomsawyerrvpark.com/

Catherine's Landing is widely suggested for Hot Springs, though when we were in Hot Springs a couple of years ago we opted for the KOA, which it called Hot Springs National Park KOA, as there is another Hot Springs KOA in a different state. One nice thing about the KOA is they offer an on demand shuttle van to the downtown area, though as I recall service stops around 7 -8 pm, cost was a few dollars per person. This can be good even if you are towing a car as almost all parking downtown is pay parking, and even then it can be hard to find during busy tourist season.
