Canyon lake Corps of Engineers RV Park

Has anyone stay at the Corps of engineers parks near Canyon Lake, TX? Is it easy to get to San Antonio and Austin from there? Will I have any problems maneuvering a 43' 5th wheel toy hauler in there? I do not see sewer hookup, where would be the closest dump station?
