Are you asking about Carowinds Camp Wilderness Resort right next to Carowinds?
If so, it is big rig friendly for all of the pull through sites, interior roads to that section, and the sites to the left of the main entrance. There are some older sites near the pool and camp store best suited for tents, pop-ups, and travel trailers.
You can see a good view of the campground on Google Maps, using satellite view. Also there are many reviews on campgroundreviews.com.
We stayed a couple of years ago with our 40' fifth wheel with no issues. Had a back in site, but would opt for a pull through next time we visit. The roads are only wide enough for one way traffic so would only be an issue if two RVs tried to go opposite directions at the same time. Wasn't an issue when we were there in July (peek season).

Carowinds!
Man, I miss that place. We used to go out there when we lived outside of Southport (BSL). Why is it that so few theme/amusement parks have RV sites? I know only of a few; Fort Wilderness (my favorite), Carowinds (nice) and Silver Dollar City in Branson (later this year).
One of the neatest things about that park is that it straddles the state line. The sales tax was lower in South Carolina, so we'd scoot on over to that side for meals and souvenirs. Of course that was the mid-nineties.....

There are also RV sites/campgrounds at Cedar Point in Sandusky, Ohio and at Worlds of Fun in Kansas City. Both campgrounds are connected to the amusement parks.
Kings Dominion has one right next door to the park that is now a KOA in Virginia.
Hershey Park has a campground down the street with shuttle service and there is a campground directly across the street from Michigan's Adventure.
I am sure there may be others, but these are the ones we have visited.

I have tried to find one close to Fiesta Texas!, the Six Flags amusement park down in San Antonio, but the closest one is about 10 miles away. Nearly the same for Six Flags Over Texas in Arlington. The closest RV park I've found to them is at Traders Village.

Knoebels in Pa has a campground also Adventure Land in Iowa. Holiday World in Santa Claus In is another good one with a campground.
