We have stayed at Casper KOA in Barr Nun, WY. It's in the high desert so it's dry, but the hook-up are good the operators are nice and it is convenient.

We stayed at Fort Casper for a couple of days for our shakedown this past April prior to heading back to the Southeast. It's an older park, gravel, level and very quiet at the time we were there with most of the interior spots open. It's occupied mostly with fulltimers or long term residents lining the exterior spots. It's a quiet place and would stay there again if passing through Casper. I believe we paid around $43 per night for full hookups.

We stayed at Fort Casper about a month ago. Yes, older park with mostly long term pipeline workers. Laundry room was clean as were the shower building. It served a purpose for us for a one night stay to look at new RV's the next morning. Easy gravel sites. We had a back in site.
