Catherine's Landing is a lovely park. What are you looking for? Day drives to pretty scenery? Tourist stuff? Fishing?
Garvan Woodland Gardens is nice if you're into that type of thing.
Queen Wilhelmina State Park is about 90 miles away and a beautiful destination if you want to day a good day drive.
Mount Magazine State Park is another beautiful destination with the benefit of driving scenic Hwy 7 for several miles. Also about 90 miles one way.
Oaklawn Racing and Gaming would interest a lot of folks.
Into fishing? You're obviously on Lake Catherine, and Lake Hamilton is also very good.

I didn't want to hog the conversation But there's really quite a lot going on in Hot Springs. It just depends on what interests you. We are about 50 miles away and go there often. Catherine's Landing is my wife's favorite park, but I'm partial to Lake Catherine State Park. I'm sort of into sitting around a fire and drinking beer, but your may have more refined interests.
Are you into old cars? There's an excellent museum at Petit Jean State Park. The Museum of Automobiles is top notch.

Lake Catherine State Park is not far from Catherine's Landing and has some nice trails.
Mount Nebo is maybe 75 miles away and has some good hiking trails. If the weather conditions are right you might catch some hang gliders at Mount Nebo or Mount Magazine.
Of course there's the Clinton Presidential Library and Museum in Little Rock -- about 50 miles.

Been there twice. First time in April a 60mph straight wind ripped through the CG. No damage to units. Second time in April a hail storm with bigger than golf ball size hail caused $19 000 damage to the MH, and $7,000 damage to the car. The hail poked holes in the fiberglass roof. We had a group of 20 RV's and as far as I'm aware of all had some damage. All of my damage was covered by insurance. It is a very nice campground but personally I will avoid that area in April.
