Coast to Coast Membership

Not sure if I'm in the right forum.

A friend has a coast to coast membership in a park in the Washington state are I believe. He had sold his rig and ask me if I wanted it, I guess as a gift. I have not invested in any of these programs and have seen several presentation. Many had big upfront costs, and then the nagging annual or monthly fees.

Any suggustions on how proceed?

I used to belong to Coast to Coast. They are good if you travel a lot and the locations are in areas you visit. However, some of the things I would want to know are: What are the annual dues and how much can they increase each year? Can I cancel my membership at any time? (A lot of the memberships can only be gotten rid of by selling or deeding to someone else. In other words, you are responsible for the annual dues whether you use the facilities or not.)
