Someone asked about places for purchasing deeded rv lots, but a lot of the info was for class A Motorhomes. Anyone have recommendations for deeded rv lots for fifth wheels? I’m looking to buy! Thanks!

You have to hunt around. The market is very fragmented with regard to deeded communities. Many will not show up in a campground search because they don't rent sites out to the general public.
Look at CL in the areas that you are interested in. Go to real estate and put in the search word RV. As others have said the availability is fragmented all over the interweb.
Outdoor Resorts in Palm Springs, CA (actually in Cathedral City) has 1,200 lots in their community.
They have a mixture of Class A's and 5th Wheels.
