Looking for a deeded RV lot near Sarasota, Bradenton, Palmetto, Ellington FL. Found some nice ones in Ft Myers but I like Sarasota area better. Can only find seasonal lots for rent. Only thing for sale are Park Models.

If you want to be inland a bit, Torrey Oaks RV Resort in Bowling Green is a very nice park with deeded lots available at reasonable prices. People are very friendly here. It is over 55 but a certain % in FL can be younger. It's class A and 5th wheel only, but no age restrictions.

Check out Sun and Sun in Sarasota. i know they sell park models but maybe they have RV lots too.
I'm not sure what is deeded or not. The last time I asked they said you own the cottage/double wide/whatever; not sure about the lot; but the county says you have to be gone from the park for 90 days a year (not on a different lot - totally out of the park).

Check out Emerald Pointe RV Resort in Zephyrhills. A little north, but RV lots for sale at a reasonable price. The other thing is the monthly POA fees. They can get pricey.
