Diamond Jacks RV Park/Casino in Shreveport

Anyone have any experience at the Diamond Jack RV Park/Casino in Shreveport?

Meeting my dear Uncle and Aunt there for Easter weekend (sounds sacrilegious.....Easter weekend gambling, but we aren't gamblers...lol)

It looks like a nice park and good facilities, and has a great rating by Good Sam

Nice and clean. Right near the casino. Train runs nearby, but not a problem. Showers real nice. Stayed there last spring. If you get a card from the casino you'll get discounted/free nights. Nothing much but the casino within walking distance.

Depending on the length of your rig - request a pull through - Some of the back ins are not level and are closer to the train tracks.

We did a couple of nights there last fall on our way back from our big out west trip. As stated, nice and clean. We had requested a pull through so we did not have to disconnect the toad, and it worked out fine. We're 63' long when in travel mode.

This may be what we use the next time we take a trip up there. We was not happy with Tall Pines RV Park. But it will cost me more if I cannot keep the DW out of the casino.

Try to get on the front row away from the trains like all said. If you like crawfish there is place on HWY 80 north of Harrah's called Crawfish Palace. We will park at Harrah's unhook and head there anytime we pass thru.
