Dothan Al. to Mountainview Arkansas

will be leaving out from Dothan Al and heading to Mountainview Ark. with a layover in between has anyone made this trip and is there a decent overnite on the other side of Birmingham, campground or Wally or what ever just passing thru this trip on way to the Ozark Folk Center..Hope it is good Thanks

I assume you are traveling I22 from Birmingham to Memphis. There is a COE park in Fulton just a couple of miles off I22, very nice park on Tenn Tom waterway. About twenty mile farther in Tupelo the is a private Park about a mile north of I22 , Barnes Crossing RV park. There are Wal Marts at both exits. The COE park is Called Jamie Whitten Park I think.

There is a relatively new Loves on I22 in Jasper Al also. It has a dump station so that would be an option as well.

Stayed at Campground at Barnes Crossing in Tupelo in March was a nice place to stay, would go back in a heartbeat.
