Sounds like that CG has a well to supply water and a septic system to handle waste water. Not a favorable situation when the water table is high. That's gonna get expensive.

Might have seen you there.... we've been going since 2009 .... the rates we pay are much less that what you said. We've made or reservations for next year, but with the crowds we experienced on MDI this year, we are starting to think about other alternatives.
