Who’s going? Leaving SoCal July 18th, visiting Devils Tower and Black Hills. Reservations at Breezy Hill campground in Fond du lac...22nd to 26th. Toad to/from Oshkosh.

Breezy Hill is very nice. Consider taking a bike so
after you park the toad you can get around.

Plan on being there most of the week. 2nd time for us. Did it about 6 years ago. Great time even if you are not involved in aviation.

No reservations. Dry camping again at site. It is huge. Bikes are a must if you are not really close to one of the gates. Be sure to visit their museum. Easy to spend half a day there.

Just made bookings to camp there at Camp Scholler - first time attendee, looking forward to it! Any advice from folks who have camped there in years gone by is welcome!

In doing some more research heading east from Rapid City, has anyone travelled South Dakota Highway 14 to Minnesota? I read an article about the highway towns along the way, but the travels appeared to be by car. Small towns with interesting history. Not concerned about travel in a 40’ MH...but maybe some older bridge clearance issues. Can research that. Me 13-3”.

A few miles out of the way...but can always jump south to I90. Those interested can simply “google” highway 14, South Dakota.
