CH will work for Both - or https://koa.com/campgrounds/washington-dc/ - for Baltimore Annapolis.

Harbor - and Maybe a tour of Under Armor - Aquarium - Annapolis - USNA - Eastern Shore - But after the walking in DC you will likely Need a little time to Rest.

Like I said Before - IMHO DC and NYC are just like the Really Big National Parks - Walking/Hiking is a big part of the Tour.

They will work you and you will only scratch the Surface, with a Week to 10 days in Each.

It's still essentially the same, with some additions. If she liked it then she will like it now.

It is still safe and clean.

Certainly worth the trip since you will be in the area.
