Not so close but Southhaven County park is nice. No hookups.

Indian Island county park is closer, right in Riverhead, but still no hookups.

You don't say what time of year for your trip but Smith Point county park has 50 amp but tough to get in during the season.

For hookup you may have to go out to Greenport or back in Nassau county at Bethpage county park. They have 50 amp and water.

Hope this helps.

We usually stay in Old Beth Page, but when we wanted to be farther out on the island we found two with full hookups on the north fork. Sorry, but don't remember the name now.

Indian Island does indeed have full hookup sites.

There is also Wildwood State Park in Wading River.

There may be an error in that listing. I found this
Park Description

Indian Island County Park in Riverhead New York offers partial and primitive (no water, electric, or sewer) hookup RV and tent camping in a county managed park. Well spaced and open sites.

I have camped there back in the day and my daughter a bit more recently.
There was no power then.

But yes Wildwood has sites with power.

There are not many and they fill up fast, but in site 1 there are full hook up sites. I believe in the "group sites" there are also full hook ups available.
If you click "electric in site" you will see all the electric sites in SC Parks.

My kids took our RV to Wildwood and loved it. The campsites are treed with pull thru spaces. It is walk to the water but you could ride a bike or take your toad. The beach is rocky.

A hike from Riverhead and it fills up very quickly but Hither Hills State Park in Montauk is nice. A quick walk over the dunes at you're on the ocean beach!

We did not stay at Cliff and Eds. I still don't remember the name, but if Eastern LI CG is the other one we stayed there. Big sites. Not as pretty as some. Too far from the car rental locations if that matters to you. But it served our purpose fine.

LI

I have camped at Indian Island for many years and does have water & electric
limited amount of sites but get full in prime time and lived next door to wildwood
state park and pretty sure have electric and water I think and be full weekends
and prime time summer.
I would make reservation ahead of time and Wildwood is state park and Indian Island is county park and both are very good.
They are both with in Riverhead town.
What time of year are you going and where you coming from.
