Understand that dry camping is permitted on the property. Last visited in 2008. Is there a dump & water available on the property?

No water or dump where I camped overnight.
The area is also a harvest host area, but you don’t need harvest host to stay

If staying at the museum are multi nights OK? Want to see the museum again but also need to make the pilgrimage to Bontrager's Surplus which will need more time than the museum visit.

Last I stayed there (a decade ago), multi-nights were OK. However, I'd talk to someone at the museum to see if they still allow it.
