Encore sites in Texas valley

We are heading to the Texas valley in a couple weeks. Any input on the encore affiliate sites would be greatly appreciated.

I can't help much; I have visited some of the parks only for some event. I live in the West part of the Valley (Palm View) and most of the Encore are further east of me. The parks that we have visited, are all very nice parks. The price of the Encore parks are on the upper end for the RGV. There are Owned parks in the RGV that are very nice and have rental sites available.

If this was my first visit to the Valley, I would not make a long term commitment. Come down and look around. There are so many sites available.
