Yes you can. You can also get signed up for their excellent mail service and take a tour of the offices. You can take a tour of their wonderful CARE CENTER for those needing limited medical help but who want to stay in their RV. You can become a 'Texan' by registering your vehicles and getting your driver's license. The local offices 'understand' what full-timing is all about and it's an easy process there. Escapees can also give you a step-by-step checklist on how and where to go for all of the above. Hope this helps from a very happy member of 18 years!
P.S. Escapees isn't about reasonably priced campgrounds. It was originally set up as a 'support family' for full-timers. We have made many long-lasting friendships through the organization. At times you might see the initials SKP. That stands for Sharing, Karing (Caring), Parking and is pronounced Escapee. That is the whole basis of the organization.
