As somone who found a similar great deal on a low-mileage 28' 1993 Ford Class C, I'd say congratulations! We probably paid in purchase price what a lot of people pay for repairs in the first several years of ownership, and if we have fix-it ability and ambition and keep up with it all, well, life is good!

(P.S. Never thought of it, but what a great fishhouse it would be!)

I re-sealed all vents and A/C unit.
What/How did you seal A/C Unit??

A/C Unit...
Should Never be Sealed using any caulking
They have a GASKET that seals the roof opening
Caulking will block the Evap Coil Drip Pan drain holes and condensation will backup and let Inside the RV
