FMCA Campground in Cincy

We are staying at the FMCA Campground when we pass through Cincinnati soon. They have a few FHU sites and a few electric-only sites. When we booked, all the FHU's were taken, so we are in an electric-only. Does anyone who has stayed there know if there is a dump station and fresh water spigot since we are electric-only?

Thanks.

Chuck

I have been there numerous times but have never paid attention to what is in the non FHU sites. Best to call FMCA to find out. Use the number you got the reservations on

I live 30 miles north of Cincinnati. I am curious.....what is the FMCA stand for? Where is this located in Cincinnati?
Unfortunately, campgrounds are few, without going 30-40 miles north or south.

Family Motorcoach Association. Originally for only RV's that you could go from the drivers seat to living area without going outside. Now open to anyone.

Check out https://www.fmca.com/. FMCA used to mean Family Motorcoach Association until a couple of years ago when they started to allow towables to join. I still am not sure what the FMCA means now but maybe someone else can chime in.
It is a great membership organization that has Rally's and offers discounts on several things. Their headquarters is located in Cincinnati. They have a campground at this location that can now be reserved online. We plan on going there at the end of this month and staying for awhile. We have reservations so we are good to go and are looking forward to our visit. We have been members for 10+ years and have never been to their headquarters let alone Cincinnati. Check them out!

Learned something new about this in Cincinnati...live near Cincy and never knew it existed. When looking at Google Maps it appears that the electric only sites are basically a parking lot with electric hook up. Full hook up area looks nice.

FMCA Campground in Cincy

A huge RV Park is going to be built just off 71 near Kings Island amusement park, 30 minutes north of Cincy. My husband and I can’t wait to work there part time when we retire, to get experience needed to work camp elsewhere. The best thing is it’s 15 minutes from us.

YES on dump station! Haven't stayed there, but as FMCA member you are welcome to use the dump station. Can't recall water fill - believe there was one right by the dump station when we used it...

For what it's worth:

We were there 2 weeks ago. There IS a dump station and a water hose, but the sign says "Do Not Drink - Non Potable".

If you need to take on water, pulling into one of the FHU's that has been vacated is easy to do.

Regards.

Chuck
