We ran into the same dilemma last year, as I have friends that live west of Ft. Wayne that we wanted to visit.
Ended up at the Yogi in Pierceton, which was convenient to to where my friends lived but would probably be a bit far out to commute into Ft. Wayne.
First, let me say that the folks there were very pleasant and helpful. The site they originally had selected for us just would not work and they let us pick another site. However, the reality is that they really don't have many "campsites" as the park is almost all seasonal / park model / "permanent" units, and obviously now caters to local summer weekenders.
We ended up on the "circle" to the right as your enter the park which was adequate for the short time we spent there, but the gravel pads (on all the sites we saw) were "marginal" even for our smaller Class A.
