Fourth of July Northern Arizona. Need a quiet place.

Greetings!
We intend to be somewhere between Kingman and Flagstaff for fourth of July. The dog has a serious issue with loud pops.

Anyone know of a quiet area we can spend the fourth?

Yes, we do cater to the damn dog.

We were south of I-40 on 93 winter before last and found a place to park on a side road going west of said 93. Middle of nowhere and highly doubtful that it would be a high fireworks area. Of course you could find forestry parking places and pick a parking pot to boondock in for the night all along I-40. Have fun.

East of flagstaff is Meteor Crater rv park. Its the only thing out there for several miles. Decent park and gated at night. Stayed 2 nights end of March. Might call and see if they restrict fireworks.

What about the North Rim? Sedona? You might get lucky with available space

Check out Kaibab Lake Campground.
We haven't been yet but plan to go someday.
