Ft Davis Texas

We were there last fall. No service in the park. We would drive into the town Ft Davis and get everything downloaded.

Beautiful place. Don’t miss the McDonald Observatory.

There is little or no cell service in Davis Mountain State park (perhaps because there is a radio telescope just a mile or two away), if you need to make a cell phone call plan to drive into town. I think the Prude ranch RV campground a mile or so west of the entrance to Davis Mountain State park has (somewhat slow) wifi.

We got very spotty WiFi in the campground using our WiFi Ranger. We drove into town and parked in front of the library to use their WiFi.
