Spent the weekend at Gettysburg Camp Ground in Fairfield, PA.

Nice place. Under new ownership and we really enjoyed it. Will be back in 2 weeks! We will stay at a spot right on the Marsh Creek that weekend!

Spent Mother's Day weekend at Gettysburg Campground.

The first time I ever returned to a campground! (OK, so we have only been doing this for a year...)

Nope, I'm not associated w/ them at all, just have a wonderful time there. We made reservations for Labor Day. Kids are hoping to catch some crayfish in the creek!

Fond memories of Gettysburg Campground We used to leave nearby, and would always camp there over the Halloween weekend. Everyone would decorate the campsites, had a "Haunted Hayride" through the woods, and was a terriffic safe place for kids to go trick or treating. Hope the new management is as good as the past. If so, this is a great place to camp.

Heard a mention of Halloween weekend there. Comments I have heard are that the old owners were good people. Robert seems to be up to the task and is very hands on and concerned about quality and satisfaction.
