Greensboro Coliseum Complex

We are going to take our son to a swim meet in December, Greensboro Coliseum Complex offers Overnight RV parking with 50A service for 45.00 a night! Just checking to see if anyone has stayed there and if there is a place close to eat or do I need to carry a tow vehicle?

There are a LOT of places to eat around there but not a great walk. Better bring the tow vehicle for maximum flexibility. I work a few miles from there. That is a very nice new aquatic center.

High Point Road is Corporate America Restaurant Heaven! There's EVERYTHING there! If you want a little local flavor, take Tate Street under the railroad and hang a left onto Spring Garden. Lots of nifty little neighborhood places along there... A right on SG will take you on the fringe of downtown and a few good eateries there as well.

ETA: And yes, take a toad.
