Horsetooth Reservoir

Has anyone ever been to Horsetooth in Fort Collins. I would like to spend a few days there this summer and was wondering if it is big rig friendly. Thanks

I've been a couple of times and have had no issues with a 38' DP pulling and launching a 23' boat

Fort Collins is wonderful! Lots of bike trails and very cool downtown.

I have had the opportunity to stay in Fort Collins over the last 4 summers working at Colorado state grading papers for the AP world history exam. This year we are going to Salt Lake City instead. It will be fun this year to visit for fun and not work. Horsetooth was a welcome respite from the essay grading marathon.

Horsetooth is our favorite campground. You have to book your spot before you go if you are going on the weekend. I had to book memorial weekend in November of last year. Most of the spots are pull through and they have 30 amp and 50 amp.
