I am looking for another Hill Country spot.

Hi All.

Similar to this thread: https://www.irv2.com/forums/f38/fami...ll-542174.html

I am looking for a new short term (4 or 5 days) Hill Country spot, preferably Northern area rather than southern.

For frame of reference, we usually spend some time in Buckhorn Lake resort and those are the kinds of accommodations I am looking for: Flat/improved sites. Good cell coverage is a requirement for this one.

Any more ideas not mentioned in the good thread I linked above? If not, we will head back to Buckhorn.

We just spent several days at the Vineyards RV in Fredericksburg. It's a large park with level gravel spots. It's nothing fancy but a clean place with lots to do in town.

We will probably give Mystic Quarry a try. It was also mentioned in the thread I referenced above.

Maybe you're looking at cabins? I checked for RV sites that will hold a 45-foot RV and they were $60-$65.

Seemed about right for three nights in the area. And the folks were very helpful when I contacted them.
