If we are talking about https://www.stpetersmo.net/rvpark.aspx I can assure you every site in the RV park, back in OR pull thru, is large enough for a 43' coach plus toad. We have been staying there a couple weekends every year for many years. If you choose a pull thru they are generous enough to stay hooked up if you wish. Our coach is 44' and with parking for coach & toad it is not even close on length. You can make a rez for Aug of 23 and I would recommend doing so as it does fill up on summer weekends. Sundermeier used to be our go to until we discovered 370 Lakeside. 370 has lots of site spacing and all sites are either concrete or asphalt.

Is it ok for a 3 day stay.
Is it noisy?
Thanks

Both Sundermeier & 370 are great RV Parks. Both are in flight paths to the airport nearby. Sundermeier might be a tad closer to the highway and also has train tracks close by. We were never bothered by noise though. I give a slight edge to 370 for their generous site spacing. Otherwise both are big rig friendly and great RV parks. If pricing matters at all check them both. 370 used to be a bit less.

Thank you
Do know of any sites you prefer at 370 Lakeside?

IF your DAV, retired military of any branch, consider Scott AFB Fam Camp. The sites are clean and well kept, BUT I don't know if they have sewer hookups, ours didn't. Cheap rates and there is a commuter railway stop that will take you anywhere in St Louis you want. Commisary is well stocked and the Base exchange has lots of selection as well. I've stayed there 2X this past summer and it was quiet, patrolled by base security and well cared for. Of course, once in a while the sound of freedom can be heard.

101,201, & 401 are the best if you want unobstructed lake views from your patio. If you want a pull thru with unobstructed views then 102, 202, or 402. My next fav is 115, 215, or 415. The pull thru's will have your windshield facing the middle aisle. Nothing wrong with that just a FYI which way you'll be facing. The first pull thru in any of the loops (ex 102 or 115) I need to unhook prior to attempting to pull into. That's not an issue as we always unhook anyway. I simply can't make the turn sharp enough while hooked to hit the first spot. Once in plenty of room behind coach to park Wrangler and hook up to coach last day to leave while in the spot. You enter each loop thru the mail aisle and leave thru main aisle as well. Leaving is no problem even while hooked up.
Our fav is the last loop (400's sites) as it's next to their dog park. Our dogs loooove the dog park. It's got a lock for CG use only & you get the code when you check in. Otherwise we have been in so many spots & never a bad one. Paved trail completely around lake is maybe 3 miles & great to bicycle if you are into that.

Thanks
I wish I was.
I should have joined the reserves way back in 1987 when they asked me to.
Stupid me.

I lived in St. Louis & retired end of 2021
There are a few in Illinois just across the River
It depends on your particulars as to whether they would suit you
The park at the casino is the only one I’d consider
There was a park in down town but it was converted to tiny houses for homeless veterans
Sundermeier is off 370. It doesn’t have a pool or amenities but it’s clean, well maintained and safe. If your not there to vacation in the park it is an excellent park
Lakeside off 370 is about 10 miles further down 370. It is integral with a large community park. In the summer there are concerts in the park & various events. There’s a small lake with kayaking, etc and a walking trail. Lakeside is more rustic where sundermeier is more urban.
So lakeside is further out but more to do in the summer.
Between sundermeier and lakeside it depends on the purpose of your trip
There are several parks in Fenton but they are predominantly resident RVs & not travelers.
Cuvier River state park is another well respected park

We've stayed at Sundermeier RV Park a couple times on our travels West. Nice, paved/level pull-thru sites, and plenty long. Easy off/on the interstate. We've not had any noise issues while staying there. Reasonable drive distance to the Arch and Riverfront area. Good stopover point from my experience.
