Smile Just back from visiting FOUR RV Resorts in Michigan!

We're just back from spending 9 nights in the Empire, Charlevoix, Bay Harbor and Petoskey area of Michigan in FOUR lovely RV Resorts. What a lovely area to visit during the summer - and so much to do!!! I'll try to post my reviews and pictures on each as soon as I get a chance. The four we visited were:

1) Indigo Bluffs in Empire, MI (stayed three nights)
2) Traverse Bay RV Resort in Traverse City, MI (took the tour)
3) Signature Motorcoach RV Resort in Bay Harbor, MI (stayed six nights)
4) Hearthside RV Resort in Petoskey, MI (took the tour)

Hope all of you had a lovely weekend! More later!

Yes, please post reviews & pics, Shelley. After talking with some of the resort reps at vendor booths during rallies we attended this summer, I've already got a MI route tentatively planned for Sept 2011 & I would be most interested in your impressions of the resorts.

My wife and I did the same thing this summer and were just amazed how beautiful it is up there. Who'd a thunk it? Stayed a week at the Traverse Bay RV Resort (very, very nice) and wish we could have spent a month. So much to do and we really couldn't do it justice in a week.

Only glitch in the whole deal was having to go through the Chicago area to get there and back. OMG!

I finally uploaded most of the pictures and will submit a review on each. However, here's a couple pictures in the meantime.

I love northern Michigan. I hope you are able to post your reviews here. Another great place to post reviews (and to look for reviews) is at this site: RV Park Reviews :: Home
