Knoxville Area Campground

Been looking for a campground with-in about 40-50 miles from Knoxville for an upcoming job that will last about a year. Escapee's, along with a bunch of other I have called are booked. Any one have any suggestions that I might consider? Also, if anyone is living in the area, is it a doable thing in the winter? Or tough? We do full time in our rig and it is a very livable rig. Currently have been in Houston for about 4 1/2years and winter was never a problem.
Thanks in advance

Knoxville gets nasty in the winter....if your unit has heated basement area or setup where tanks are kept warm, it's possible. You will use lots of LP. Get a 100# tank as a remote, with back ups.

As a memphian. Bobby, you are prolly aware that Tennessee football is going to be a major obstacle to overcome. My suggestion is to make sure you offer a long term rental to the park to separate you from the Fall/Winter footballers who more typically reserve spaces for non-sequential weekends/days.

There are over 100,000 seats in Neyland Stadium and most of those are filled from well outside of K-Town.

back in the 90's I ran a small campground 30 miles west of Knoxville named
Four Seasons Campground

Very small and offered monthly & long term. Clean and nice back "in the day".
