KOA Reservation problems

I made reservations a several different KOAs via their website in late JAN and early FEB. The first of the trips associated with the reservations starts APR 9. I went to the website to verify my reservation and it indicated the reservation request had not been completed. Five other reservations were shown the same way. I had confirmation emails for all but one of the reservations. I called the national KOA number and the system only showed one of my reservations. I called each campground individually and found that I still had reservation at the places where they had sent email confirmation. I had to remake one reservation.

you've discovered what I discovered last year when making reservations from IL to CA. I use the KOA website to check availability but then I call the park direct to make the reservation.

The website reservations went down for a while. I think it was down for about two weeks. Maybe they lost some data related to your reservations

I've had the same issue in the past, not just with KOA's, but other parks with online reservation systems too. Things happen. I also use the websites to check availability, but call parks to speak to a "live" person when making reservations & always ask for an email confirmation.
