Hi
We stayed their last year year it is nice and clean bare bones ,no pool etc, but nice view of the lake but not real close, it is also located in lake mead national park which requires a fee to entry not sure of the cost we have a life time pass.
Since the drought the lake has dropped down to levels that haven't been seen since it started to fill. The town of St Thomas has reappeared and can be see on Google maps. Just south of that is what use to be Overton Marina and campground. When I use to go there you could beach your boat next to your camp sit the water was so high. Many boat ramps are dry and been relocated marinas moved and all the camp grounds are much higher and farther from the water. During the drought the city of Las Vegas built deeper water intakes as the ones they used where about to be above the lake level. The drought is over and every lake on the Colorado is full or near full but this one. With the amount of water the city of Las Vegas draws out of the lake it may never completely fill back up. Sad to see it as it is today.
