Lake Pend Oreille Camping

[POPPASMURF]

We are thinking of catching what will probably be the last of the warmer season camping around Lake Pend Oreille in mid to late September. We hope someone can recommend a campground for our motor home (37' DP). We will not be fishing but may do some on water exploring-so we'd like to have our boat nearby. We have two well behaved dogs that we pick up after. Hookups would be a bonus, but we can live by recharging every third day or so- off our genset. Recommendations are appreciated.

farragut state park is huge. you should be able to find what you are looking for there also nice rv park in bayview, lakeland rv park if i remember right

The Corps of Engineers have some nice campgrounds on the lake:
