Have you any friends that have enough flat space for your RV? I park at my daughter's place overlooking Lake Washington in the summer. I would also suggest southern AZ in the winter. Even if they don’t have dedicated hookups there are ways to make it work.
Trading services for space might sweeten the deal for someone. Lawn care, house sitting, pet care, elder care, computer lessons, etc. - think of the skills you have that someone else might need and decide how many hours per month you are willing to trade for a place to park. Put up flyers all over the island. Good luck!
