Any campsiTe suggestions for a campsite (FHU) in t)e Mackinaw, MI area? 30 foot MH with 30 amp. Thanks.

It is a big campground right on Lake Huron. The water view sites can see the bridge and Mackinaw Island. We've stayed there a couple time and great views. Has several playgrounds, beach and pool.

X2 for water view sites, very nice. However, you are not allowed to take your dog closer to the shore than the road in front of the water view sites. Not a big deal for us and our dog. We always stay at Mill Creek when in the area.

We like Wilderness State Park. There is also a KOA and a city campground. Be aware that Michigan State Parks charge a fee per day unless you have a Michigan state permit. (Cheap for Michigan people, kind of expensive for us but we use many of their parks).
