HammerDown:

Check "Dakota Meadows" (address Prior Lake, MN). Great campground and even greater location for easy access to the Twin Cities (Mpls. & St. Paul) including access to the Mall of America.

Steve is right, it's a great all paved campground. It's attached to the Mystic Lake Casino. Just follow the signs from I-35. It's about $30. per night and they have a free shuttle bus to the MOA.

We've stayed at Lebanon Hills Campground, its a county park and is VERY nice.
Lebanon Hills Campground Map and Directions - Dakota County Minnesota

you will most likely need reservations because they are always busy.

Dakota Meadows

Does anyone know if Dakotah Meadows has rates for extended stays? I wanted to find a place to stay in MN, around that area, for several months, but I can't find anywhere except places like Lebanon Hills that only allow 14 day stays. And, I don't know that I would want to stay at Dakotah Meadows at the daily rate for very long....
