In mid MI, on the west side near the lake, look at Poncho's Pond, Luddington, https://www.poncho.com/

In northern lower Peninsula, an exclusive park for Class A's only in Petoskey,

I’ve been to Traverse Bay RV Resort twice in August 2015 & August 2016.
It’s is one of the best you will ever stay in.
Rates are reasonable
All lots are privately owned and rented to you.
It’s just like the ones in Florida.
We will probably do another trip soon.
The reason we went 2 yrs in a row was my dog got sick there and we spent the whole 2015 trip in a Vet Hospital. So we went back the next year for the real vacation.
Traverse City is a great place to visit in summer too.
Lots to do and see in the area.
It’s not on a Lake but it has ponds.
Lake Michigan is 10 minutes away.
Sleepy Bear Dunes are about 45-60 minutes away
They have the 10 yr rule for Class A.
But it’s flexible

I know that area well, I don't think I have ever stayed in a class A only resort.
