Mission RV Park

We are looking to stay near El Paso for a month (no toad).

Has anyone stayed at Mission RV Park? Thoughts?

Looks very iffy from the satellite image . Personally I wouldn’t stay anywhere near El Paso. Las Cruces would be a better bet.

Mission RV Park

Stayed at Hacienda Rv Park in Las Cruces 18 months ago for a week. Very nice and about an hours drive from El Paso. Agree with your earlier comment about staying in El Paso, just from driving through it doesn’t seem like a good idea. I could be wrong however.

Take your toad and stay in Las Cruces. Why for a month in El Paso?

Come on down to Mission, TX (RGV). It's a lot warmer (80F Forecast for Christmas Day). There are a lot of RV parks in the area and Progresso, MX is a nice border town to visit.

We don't have a toad yet. Although it has not worked out as planned, we always thought we be going to Indycar races for 3 days and moving onto the next race. We stock up on supplies on our way to the track. Unfortunately work got in the way and we only got to 4 races last year. Not much of a need for a toad when we do get to the dream.

We have stayed here, although not for more than a few nights. Pretty nice, close to El Paso. There is an RV section, pretty quiet. You’ll have to decide if it’s suitable ....

Mission RV park is fine. My daughter stays there when they visit. I live in El Paso and work not far from there. You should be OK

We enjoyed our all too short visit to El Paso. We stayed at RoadRunner RV Park. It was okay for the few nights we were there, too much like a parking lot for a long stay though.

Because of you, we will be in Pharr, TX at the Tropic Star RV Park and plan on staying for a month. Us without a toad and a grocery store right across the street and a Costco a short Uber away it should be idea.

Thank you.

Great, we have 2 Walmarts and plenty of other shopping within 2 miles of our RV park (Mission Bell RV Resort). We haven't moved our truck in 2 weeks and have just been using our bicycles to get around town. It was 77F today and swam in the pool yesterday.
