Monthly rate deal near Bozeman?
We need to find a place near Bozeman MT for about a month (About July 20 - June 20). We have a 34 foot 5th wheel, and prefer as much peace and quiet as we can get. Just 2 if us (retired), so no need for pools, game rooms, etc etc.
Never been there before. Hoping for a good monthly rate.
We hesitate to commit sight unseen without at least a good reference.
Any suggestions?

Check out this site for Bozeman. Also check Livingston, MT about 30 miles east.

We stayed at Bear Canyon a few years back. It was clean, well-maintained, and the views are awesome!

If you look at RV Park Reviews - Trusted Reviews of Campgrounds & RV Parks there aren't a lot of parks around Bozeman. You might check the fairgrounds, think it's the Gallatin County Fairgrounds. 30 miles west is a small town Three Forks and there are a few places to stay, Camp Three Forks (shady), Ft Three Forks Motel and RV (no shade, all pull thru's), Missouri Headwaters State Park (no hookups), there's about 10 spaces with full hookups at the Three Forks Market (all pull thru's). There's a small rv park in Manhattan, it's not very nice. The Lewis and Clark caverns is a state park, some sites have elec & water.

I can recommend a place NOT to stay - the Bozeman Hot Springs campground. They used to be a KOA, but they bought the Hot Springs complex next door, dropped the KOA, and increased the price and noise. A visit to the springs is included, but we never needed to do that every day so it added a lot of additional cost and not enough value for us. They also have a lot of special activities at the hot springs that are very noisy - concerts and such. Great fun for a weekender who comes down especially for that, but not so much if you like quiet. Very nice sites, but just too costly and noisy for us.
