I think most of what's in that area are state parks, which wouldn't have full h/u. You could try the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington - about 30-40min west of Mt. Sterling.

Thanks RV Goddess,
We stayed at Boonesbourogh State Park last year and it is a great park. We were just trying to get closer to Mount Sterling as we are going to be part of a mission team helping to build a Baptist church there. Last year we were at Grayson Lake and worked for a week there and that was just beautiful. I think Kentucky has some of the best State Parks and the staff are very friendly. Thanks for the reply.

You might try Chimney Rock RV Park in Harrodsburg, KY. Phone# 1-859-748-5252
They are showing on Trailer Life Directory that they have full hookups. I've never stayed there but was planning something later. Hope this helps!
