Nascar Tracks Inspections

Booking some camping at the tracks, they all say that your MH will be inspected upon entering - anyone know what they are looking for ?

If you are camping in the infield I can see them searching and inspect everything. Searching for guns, bombs etc...

I haven't been to the infield in years, but back than they were looking
for people sneaking in without paying. We sure saved a lot of money that way.

They look for people, weapons, bikes that aren't allowed in. They are generally very quick about it and not to thorough. In Daytona which I just returned from they had me open all the garage doors and did a quick look inside. I've been to many festivals and tracks and it's always been just a quick look. I have a outlaw toy hauler and they've never figured out there is a garage back there to look in. Lol

We went to 7 races last year. The only track that asked to check our Motorhome was Pocono. Charlotte, Richmond, Martinsville never asked. I know 2 years ago when we went to New Hampshire they were checking campers for fire wood. That state has had alot of issues with out of state bug infested firewood and took any and all wood we had. When at Pocono the "security" guy just stepped inside then said thanks.

Dont worry about them checking it, just book some races and enjoy. Bristol in two weeks and looking forward to Charlotte for a couple of weeks in May !

Headed to charlotte next week for work and May is not far off either.
We camped some 10 years ago outside the track in turn 1 area down the road beside the store.
There is a brother & sister that ownef the land and st that time were fuedin and he had errected a 4 ft fence. He had MH's & we stayed on her side in a tent.
$20/night and within walkin distance of store & track.
Probably gonna ride over in my toad next weekend and see if i can get a spot early.

looking to go to Pocono race in July and stay along the fence. I don't have anything to hide so let them look. I understand the security aspect the way things are now a days. Anybody else going to this race? We will be coming from Niagara falls then going to Lancaster area.

You have to buy a ticket to get to the suveniers. I went to Qualifying day in 2015 1st race weekend of that year and said I will never go back. Some of the locals said it's went downhill since the Original owners Passed away and their Children are running it now.
Only nascar track I ever went to and had to buy a ticket to get to the suveniers.
I spent over $200 in thirty and hats for myself and a Sick friend that day.
We were working 30 miles away at the time in Allentown,Pa.
