Question National and State Park entrance fees in South Dakota?

Well, thanks to all the knowledge and advice on this forum, we've planned a two week trip to South Dakota in late July. We have our stops all planned, with the longest stay at Rafter J-Bar in Hill City. We're traveling from Michigan.

Are there any discounts offered for the entrance fees to all the attractions there? Any ticket that would encompass all entry fees? My husband is 59 years old, and I'm 58. Thanks!

All of the venues in the area stand alone. Mount Rushmore is free, but you will pay to park. Custer State Park is fantastic, but you will pay either the daily fee or buy a years pass. The year pass is good for all SD state parks. You can see Crazy Horse from the road, but will pay to get into the property. Hill City is a great little town to walk around with Desperados being the best place to eat. We spent 3 months working in Hill City and really enjoyed the area.

If I remember, Custer State Park entry fee gave you a week that you could reenter at any time.
