Sounds like an awesome trip. If you can spend more time on the road that would be even better...SOOOO much to see and do along your route.

I have a few videos on my channel of some places we have been and I am looking to add more.

Horseshoe bend is pretty but very touristy. There are other areas that are just as nice and less crowded (as others have mentioned).

We just camped at Lone Rock Beach near Page and it was amazing. I also did a drive through of the Wahweap campgrounds if.

Good luck on your trip and keep us updated as you plan and hit the road. I'm interested in seeing how it goes for ya!

You can't see much unless you take a tour or drive your own Jeep which we did. We stayed at the campgroundl at Monument Valley and parked right in front of the 'Mittens' formation. At that time it was free or donation - no hookups. I think it's changed now. It was right at the entrance road for the tour.
