Looked for a review of the New Bern, N.C. KOA but there was nothing. Anyone have any experience with them or the area?

We live in New Bern,so never camped there but have driven through to check it out.The KOA has been renovated recently and I just checked on RVparkreviews and the ratings were 9,9,9,8. Its a bit pricey, but then it seems like the rates for all campgrounds are inching up! If there is anything in particular you'd like to know about New Bern, just let us know!

I have stayed at the KOA once before. We were there right after a huge rain storm and there was some standing water but not too bad. They were doing some work and things were moving along nicely. I would not hesitate staying there again. They were still building the boat ramp and dock when we were there. We had a site at the back of the park near the river. I would recommend them.
