New England full-timer ISO winter parking spot

Hi everyone! I'm pretty new to the forums. I lived full-time in a 5th wheel for a few years, ending in 2017. I'm about to get back into it with a new-to-me 5th wheel. I'm currently living in Rhode Island. I'm looking to stay in or near Rhode Island, so parts of Connecticut and Massachusetts would also work. I can't afford to pay the ridiculously high monthly campground rates of the local campgrounds that are open during the winter. But I definitely need access to water and electric. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks!

The biggest challenge I found camping in NH in the winter was finding a place to dump tanks. There was simply nothing within 50 miles of the Brookfield/Wakefield area. So something to think about. I recently bought one of these https://www.amazon.com/Flojet-185550.../dp/B001HKZHIW which opens up more options because it pumps the waste through a garden hose and you can use a sewer clean out that would otherwise be inaccessible.

Have you checked with these campgrounds to see if they have any kind of winter work camping programs? You might get reduced rates or even a free stay.
